A bit about Me!!!!!!

Hey! My name is Melissa, Mel is what everyone calls me.

Welcome to my very first blog post.

A little about me….I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunty and a friend.

I am a hopeless romantic, the beach is my happy place, I love a good coffee, I grow Bonsai, I collect old camera’s and I paint with oils.

I am a Photographer and it is my passion but above all, I am a mum to 3 amazing humans and one fur baby who inspire me everyday. I have a son and 2 daughters and having daughters in this day and age is what motivated me to take my photography business in this direction.

My focus will be on photographing woman of all ages. My aim is to provide modern womens portraiture to my clients with a Contemporary Glamour feel to them. My aim is to help my clients feel pampered for a day and have a model like photoshoot experience with me. It’s aimed to help them celebrate themselves on a personal or professional level, and to walk away with having a wonderful experience and beautiful images of themselves.

So, I don’t exactly have 100% clarity of how my blog will look but hey that’s ok. I feel like it will grow, change and evolve as we go. The plan is to delve into various photographic topics and discussions, motherhood and raising well balanced confident daughters, studio hacks, styling for shoots and more.
